Infinity Logic operates in various fields that include Nanotechnology & Biochemistry, Software and Hardware development, Medical Devices and Systems, Multimedia & Education, Video & Image Processing, IPTV, Homeland & Cyber security, Healthcare products development (medical devices, remedies, medical device and cosmetic ointments, dietary supplements), and more.
Infinity Logic has inherited a considerable amount of the developed technologies from other companies previously and currently owned by its principals.
Infinity Logic offers innovative approaches to solving real life problems. The company's multi-disciplinary personnel includes scientists, experimental researchers and engineers and other highly experienced and qualified specialists who provide extensive know-how and expertise in physics, biochemistry, life sciences, medicine, electronics, optics, material science, thermodynamics, mechanical engineering, consumer appliances, software, and more.

With more than 150 of the shared R&D experience, Infinity Logic's experts convey a combination of industry experience along with academic meticulousness and objectivity that challenge real world problems. Infinity Logic's team spent more than 6 years developing new technologies that are currently ready or near-ready for the production environment. Our company is a vehicle that brings novel technologies developed by our principals and expert staff to production.

Our experts staff have experience delivering innovative products to the market in the areas of biochemistry, including cosmetic ointments, medical device creams, dietary supplements and remedies, software, integration and programming of video processors, communication technology, educational applications, 3D imaging (including super resolution), AI based systems, medical devices and systems including digital X-Ray detectors, digital IR detectors, imaging navigation systems for minimally invasive surgical procedures, and surgical room imaging systems.

Arie has more than 50 years experience in the high-tech sector. Among other thing, he was: Senior Staff Scientist in LBL, Project Engineer/Manager in FMC Corporation, Head of Engineering in Fluke Automated Systems Inc, Head of Switch Sector in Micom System Inc, President of Times Unlimited Inc, Director-General of OOO “StroyGlobalProject”, etc. Also, he was consultant for roster of prestigious clients, including, Hughes Space and Communications/The DirecTV Group, Inc, Western Medical Systems, Wells Fargo Bank N.A., Groupe BPCE, Qualcomm Incorporated, Siegel Egg Co, etc. Mr. Krain was member of the Fortran Committee, Intel’s PLM Group and more.

Mr. Michael Mordison has vast experience in R&D management at Israeli and international companies.

Nikolay Ivanov, CFO

Mr. Ivanov was a high level executive in several international companies, including: Top Union International (HK) Limited – Hong Kong, Hong Kong (International consulting); Oneness Trust Fund, Zurich, Switzerland (Wealth Management); Strong Management (EU investment fund operating in Austria/Czech/Poland); Manistra S.r.o – Prague, Czech Republic (production company); Oracle Trading Ltd – Belize City, Belize (successful projects’ management). Also, presently he is a CFO of Instapayment Holding Switzerland AG, a regulated financial entity (Switzerland).

Mr. Salagaj was Marketing and Operations executive at a number of international companies: the Poland (Euro Bank S.A. Wroclaw, Business Management Sp. z o.o. - investment projects’ company, Spedycja ABC Sp. z o.o. - International petroleum and fuel derivatives trading company, etc.), in Canada (Wall-Tech – construction company, etc.), in the USA (CIEE: Council on International Educational Exchange, Grants Supermarket – chain of the local supermarkets, Luxury Mountain Getaways – Luxury resort for the elite, the Red Parka Steak House & Pub – the chain of the food establishments, etc.). Also, presently he is CMO at Instapayment Holding Switzerland AG, a regulated financial entity (Switzerland).

Mr. Yair Peretz is a former member of Israeli parliament (Knesset), he formerly held various management positions in commercial ventures and in governmental & nonprofit organizations in Israel. Also, he is holding a management position in one of leading political parties of Israel (Shas Party).
